1. Answering customer inquiries; by phone, mail or on site to help customers diagnose and solve technical problems; providing technical training;
2. Familiar with the company products and their applications; conducting product test and analysis, as well as troubleshooting;
3. Compling technical support and training materials;
4. Communication with the sales team, maintaining a good relationship between the client and the company, improving customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. College or above degree, over 1 year working experienceas customer service engineer, from engineering background;
2. Acceptable to dispatch or business travel, experience in the water treatment industry is preferred
