Specialized Service

Uniform dress code, wearing the company’s after-sales service work permit. Follow the customer’s living habits, when going to a customer’s home, servicemen should take the initiative to put on overshoes and to introduce themselves to the customer and show their work card. Before leaving the client’s home they must personally clean up the work site and thank the customer; during the service call they should introduce the product use and maintenance considerations to the customer.

Reasonable Fees

The company provides high-quality original filters and accessories, standard accessories charges are listed on A. O. Smith’s “Parts Price List,” service units are not allowed to raise prices on their own. For non-warranty repairs, customers must be notified in advance of fee charge stipulations and standards, repairs can only be done after obtaining the user’s permission. When the machine is running normally, carry out the charges and write the relevant notes.
