1. Working principle
Because of the inflow and concentrate water direction vertical, MLSB membrane has a longer and narrower inflow passage, so its surface flow rate can be 2.8 times larger than
traditional membrane's.Higher flow rate can reinforce the effect of surface flush of RO membrane,reduce the rate of concentration polarization, blockage, scale formation, waste water discharge. It is proved it can at least reduce 50% waste water.
2. With MLSB membrane production
MLSB can increase the utilization rate of RO membrane at same size. By side stream, its pure water increases 10~15% and its utilization can be up to 85~90%,while the traditional membrane only has 70% utilization.
