The Role:
The Injection Molding Simulation Engineer is responsible for plastic parts molding simulation

Your Contribution:
Satisfied Customers Keep Us in Business. These are some of the winning behaviors you’ll need for success in AOSmith CTC. In this role you will:
1, On time delivery plastic injection molding simulation result for new plastic parts design include filling, cooling and warpage.
2, coupling with FEA analysis to provide optimized solutions for parts structure design
3, Support molding condition optimization and molding issues trouble shooting
4, Maintain simulation database establishment with the actual testing result and promote experience sharing

Key Qualifications:
1, Master degree in Engineering Mechanics or Material Science with FEA background with >2 years’ experience.
2, Solid experience with injection molding with good understanding about plastic mold structure and injection process optimization
4, Experienced with Moldflow/SW plastics modeling and simulation, strong problem analyzing and trouble shooting skills on molding related issues
5, Fluent English and good communication ability.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
1, ANSYS or related FEA experience is strongly preferred
